Connie Santoyo, Branch Manager / Senior Account Manager, Oregon Freeze Dry - (nine years)  Connie started her career with Express as a temporary, acting as Front Office Coordinator when we were a fledgling office.  Connie quickly worked her way up within the ranks of Express, earning her the TOP position and the 'God Father' of our team.  Connie knows how to keep things moving internally and this team knows that to impress her, they have got to fill their orders with the SENSE OF URGENCY our clients have known to expect and deserve. Patricia Calvillo, Senior Staffing Consultant - Light Industrial / Manufacturing - (eight years) Patricia is the 'steady edi' of our group.  She is relied upon for both her organizational skills, her calm under pressure and most importantly the knowledge she brings of our industrial accounts with over eight years on this team.  Patricia is loved by her clients and most noted for her ability to provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE at all times.

Traci Baller, Senior Staffing Consultant - Office / Professional - (eight years)  Everyone loves Traci! She is so easy to get along with and both our associates and clients love her amicable ways and style.  This girl has such a great sense of humor it's no wonder she was able to bond with this team and remains with us for so many years.  Traci currently is a lead for our Offices Services / Professional recruiting team and takes great pride in her ability to really find the right MATCH for our clients full time and direct hire needs.  Traci has the lowest turnover on the team and it's no wonder, given the time that she spends with each associate before she makes a hiring decision for her clients needs!

Diana Gomez, Senior Staffing Consultant, ATI Allvac Account Manager - (eight years)  Every team needs that person that is willing to face up to other peoples fears and Diana is that role for our team! Whether it be a 'cold' sales call or a difficult associate to deal with, Diana will step up to the plate for her team and give it her best shot!  Every team has the 'protector' of the group and this role is Diana's and this team loves to have her by their side! Diana is the first to volunteer to help out our associates too! Diana saves numerous families every year when they don't have grocery money or a place to stay.  She has a heart of gold for those in need which makes her a great fit for our industry! 

Keni Grose, Senior Staffing Consultant - Light Industrial / Manufacturing - (six years)  What team can do without their star athlete?  Keni is an awesome employee in that she can perform in many roles.  Keni is great at developing solid relationships with our clients, but, she is also great at identifying skills and marketing those skills to our clients.  She has a quiet, professional demeanor which is probably a reason she is so well liked.  Keni will make sure her clients needs are a priority and works tirelessly to fill her orders.

Randi Randall, Staffing Consultant - Professional/Technical - (two years) Randi is our 'spirited' addition to the team and is certain to make your day! Randi has a great outgoing personality and believes in just the right amount of fun while at work.  Not necessarily a jokester, just an all around good time gal.  Randi has proven herself to be quite skilled in our Professional Staffing Division.  Her experience in finding skilled electrical / mechanical technicians has created a great new niche for her desk and is exceling in the technical area as well.

Heather Krause, Payroll Specialist - (2 years)

Sandy Giles, Staffing Consultant - Lebanon (1 year) - A great new addition to our STAFFING team, Sandy promoted from within to our Lebanon office where she is leading our charge to develop and grow our Lebanon market.  Sandy has a great rapport with our associates, understands their needs and is doing a great job of finding good fits for those that are in need of a good job.  Sandy is very conscientious in her work, sure to get you the people you need, when you need it!
