Meet the Owner

Welcome to our personal micro-site for Express Employment Professionals!  John & Caroline Mouille, Franchise Owners and managing partners for both the Albany  & Lebanon franchise locations purchased the Albany franchise in January of 2001.  Caroline, who primarily supports the operations side of this franchise has been with The Stoller Group since September of 1992, making this her 15th year in Staffing.  Caroline was originally hired as a Front Office Coordinator for the Salem franchise location in 1992, and spent many years working with that office, learning the industry.  In 1995, she transferred to the Albany franchise and has supported the Operations of this location for the last 12 years. 

John Mouille joined The Stoller Group in September of 2004, and has been The Risk & Safety Manager for this franchise literally turning around our Workers Compensation Management processes.  John's background started in construction, later being promoted into manufactured housing design.  He later went into the Modular Building Industry, managing the Drafting Department for an Aumsville company.  His interest in the staffing industry finally lured him away from the trade he grew up in, and now enjoys and loves the diversity and challenge of the Staffing Industry.

Caroline & John now own one of the most successful franchises in the country.  They are recognized as a leading office for the Express system, and continue to challenge their team to diversify and grow in the Linn/Benton market.  Caroline & John live in Albany and have two daughters, Alexandra (14) and Madeleine (12) who some day hope to also work for Express Employment Professionals!
