Community Relations

The Linn and Benton communities are considered one of Express Personnel's four clients, and everyone on this team takes great pride in getting involved and doing what each of us can to affect the livelihood of our community. As owners of a successful business in both Albany and Lebanon, we have chosen to give both our time and our dollars to great causes to show our support and our interest in the welfare of our employees and where they live.

In 2007, Express Personnel made a capital campaign commitment of $10,000 to the new YMCA. We also hope to build a wellness program for all our associates to promote healthy lifestyles. Express Personnel also gave $7,000 to the Greater Albany School District for its Employers for Education Excellence Program. This program is to help high school juniors and seniors gain workforce development opportunities and prepare them for the workforce they will enter in just a short time.

We are very involved in our community through our membership with the Albany Area Chamber and the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce. All of these community volunteer opportunities enable us to better provide a stable and sustainable workforce for our community partners.
